THOUGHT: God has a plan for us and for all time. Be patient and wait for what He has planned for you. Every plan has an appointed time.

CHALLENGE: “When you become frustrated or impatient with God or others; pray instead. Pray to God that He will make known His plan for you, and be patient with it.”

THOUGHT: “When you rush, you forget who you are and Whose you are.”

CHALLENGE: Patience is a virtue and there are no shortcuts to success. Remember this and ask God for the strength and commitment to see things through to reach your goals. With Him at your side you’ll get there one step at a time.

CHALLENGE: “Make a conscious effort to be more patient with people knowing that no one is perfect, including yourself. Love thy neighbor as Jesus taught.”

CHALLENGE: “Life doesn’t always go our way. And it certainly doesn’t conform to our timeline. Put your faith in God and take comfort knowing that He has a plan. Trust God and give time, time.”

THOUGHT: An angry person is seldom reasonable; a reasonable person is seldom angry.

CHALLENGE: Never respond in anger. Ask God for the patience to hold your tongue in times of anger and the strength to reason through the issues before speaking.
