CHALLENGE: “Remember that all situations and persons were created by God. In some way, maybe only known to Him, they are good. Make sure you give your best effort to finding that goodness.”
REFERENCE: I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living.

THOUGHT: One of the greatest dangers in life is permitting the urgent things to crowd out the important.
CHALLENGE: “Don’t let the “”urgent”” things crowd out the “”important”” things today. Make time for your faith and your family today and every day.”
REFERENCE: ““Martha, Martha,” the Lord answered, “you are worried and upset about many things, but few things are needed—or indeed only one. Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her.””

THOUGHT: You are not too bad to come in. You are not too good to stay out.
CHALLENGE: In God’s eyes you are “just right” to come in. Knock on Christ’s door often and go in with prayers of heartfelt thanks for all His blessings. Ask for the strength to become a better Christian.
REFERENCE: “Anyone who welcomes you welcomes me, and anyone who welcomes me welcomes the one who sent me”

THOUGHT: “You cannot always control what goes on outside, but you can always control what goes on inside.”
CHALLENGE: “Focus on what you can control today – your attitude. Stay positive, confident God will provide what you need to deal with things outside of your control.”
REFERENCE: “You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.”

THOUGHT: Love is stronger than death.
CHALLENGE: “Jesus proved His love for us by dying on the cross to save us from our sins. Always show Him your gratitude by modeling His love, compassion, and encouragement to others.”
REFERENCE: “We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love each other. Anyone who does not love remains in death.”

CHALLENGE: Live your life in a way you would be proud for others to see. You never know who is watching and learning from your example.

THOUGHT: Always aim at complete harmony of thought and word and deed. Always aim at purifying your thoughts and everything will be well.
CHALLENGE: It all starts with your thoughts. Pray that your thoughts will remain consistent with your Christian values. Think About God and your words and deeds will follow suit.
REFERENCE: “Therefore, holy brothers, who share in the heavenly calling, fix your thoughts on Jesus, the apostle and high priest whom we confess.”

THOUGHT: Better to keep yourself clean and bright; you are the window through which you must see the world.
CHALLENGE: Shine your window and polish your attitude through prayer and reading the Bible. You will see God’s plan for you with more clarity.
REFERENCE: “Once more Jesus put his hands on the man’s eyes. Then his eyes were opened, his sight was restored, and he saw everything clearly.”
Mark 8:25,
THOUGHT: Take a deep breath – it calms the mind.
CHALLENGE: “Close your eyes, take a deep cleansing breath and have comfort in knowing that God truly has a plan for you. Take another. Now, start your day believing you have His love and His support ALWAYS.”
REFERENCE: “LORD, you are my God; I will exalt you and praise your name, for in perfect faithfulness you have done wonderful things, things planned long ago.”
Isaiah 25:1,
THOUGHT: Concealing your mistakes only magnifies them.
CHALLENGE: “When you make a mistake – Ask God for the courage to admit it, the honesty to accept it, the humility to ask for forgiveness, and the wisdom to learn from it. After all, we’re only human.”
REFERENCE: Let us discern for ourselves what is right; let us learn together what is good.
