Habits: September 4 TAGLine

Habits

Setting an example is not the main means of influencing another, it is the only means

Set an example of your Christian beliefs by the life you live. Your actions will always speak louder than your words.

Who among you is wise and understanding? Let him show by his good behavior his deeds in the gentleness of wisdom.

James 3:13

Habits: August 22 TAGline

THOUGHT: People who say it can’t be done should not interrupt those who are doing it.

CHALLENGE: “Join the people who are doing it…It is always more fun and rewarding than rationalizing why you’re not reaching your goals. The best way to change is to just start acting …Don’t think about it too long, you might talk yourself out of it AGAIN!”

REFERENCE:

REFERENCE: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.”

Colossians 3:23-24,

Habits: April 17 TAGline

Psalm 119:11,

Habits: November 26 TAGline

CHALLENGE: Consider your behavior and actions when you are around your children. Eliminate those you would not like to pass along to the next generation.

REFERENCE: “For you know that we dealt with each of you as a father deals with his own children,”

1:02:11,

Habits: October 19 TAGline

THOUGHT: Don’t wait for six strong men to take you to church.

CHALLENGE: “The true measure of a Christian is demonstrated by our daily actions, however, God asks us to keep holy the Sabbath. Add some strength and structure to your Faith by attending church more regularly.”

REFERENCE: “Observe the Sabbath day by keeping it holy, as the LORD your God has commanded you.”
